| EL VIGILANTE FILMS is a young company, already having made a big splash in the motion picture business, receiving Official Selection status by both The Cinequest Film Festival and the San Diego Latino Film Festival, last year, with their very first production, entitled "La Hora de la Muerte" (Hour Of Death). It tells the story of Rob Connelly, a 66 year old American Vietnam vet, who in order to help his loved ones, sacrifices his comfort and way of life and decides to live abroad in Ensenada, Mexico with his wife, Susan. He is a man who believes that life's problems are constant and that sometimes, the best that we can do is to endure the coming storm. However, how much is one willing to lose, before giving up? Rick Noyce and Darci Daniels have been cast in the lead roles. Originally, scheduled to begin filming in September, 2009, the start date may be postponed, due to the Swine Flu epidemic.
